Alright guys, I've wanted to create a game that we can all play on the forums for a while now and I think I've got it figured out. A couple of years ago, I created an on paper fantasy booking game that I would play with friends when camping or bored at work. Looking at this game, it has a lot of potential as a game for us to play on the forums and that's exactly what we're going to do! I won't be participating as I will be running the entire league and making sure we stay organized. Be A GM: 2BC Edition LEGEND: GM: General Manager PPV: Pay-Per-View FP: Fan Points MQ: Match Quality Objective: Successfully defeat the other GM's throughout the course of a year by putting on the best monthly PPV. Structure: This will be a round robin tournament. A full season will finish when everyone has faced each other once. Points: Win: 2 Points Domination: 3 Points (Defeat opponent by 10 or more points) Loss: 0 Points Tie: 1 Point (each) Rules: • Each GM must name their fed/company. • Each GM will be given $15,000,000 to spend on a roster. • Each Roster must have 18-20 wrestlers (2 must be women) • An initial draft will take place between all the GM's, after that, you are able to sign free agents and make trades. • PPV's are chosen at random • PPV locations are chosen at random • Each PPV can have a maximum of 10 matches, but you can book any number you want below that. (18 man battle royal ftw) • Based on the PPV you are given, set up 10 matches in what ever order you'd like. • Gimmick Matches add one point to a match. A Gimmick Match is classified as a match that alters the rules of a regular match. Triple Threat, Fatal-4-Way and Handicap (up to 4 people) don't count. A stipulation on a regular match doesn't count as a gimmick match as it's something that is a result of the finish of the match. Ie. Loser Leaves Town match doesn't actually change the rules. Loser Leaves Town Last Man Standing match does. • Gimmick Matches can be anything you can imagine. (Had a Cook Off and a Debate with Senator Jar Jar Match before) • Title Matches add one point to a match • Your titles can be anything you want them to be, they do not have to stay consistent, they can be different every single show. • If a wrestler has a * rating for their FP, they use that rating for smark cities. • A wrestler can only be booked once per show Match Structure: Matches are determined by Fan Points, Match Quality and bonus points from both Title Matches and Gimmick matches. The winner of each match is chosen at random, from that winner, you determine the quality of the match based on their MQ rating. You add up the FP's and add bonus points and you have your score for that match. Add up all the match scores and that will be your total. Match Example Summerslam Nashville WWE Title Match Brock Lesnar vs John Cena John Cena wins Based on Cena winning, you randomly select a number between 2-5 (his match quality rating) and get a 4. SO. 6 (Cena's FR) + 5 (Brocks FR) + 4 (MQ) + 1 (Title Match) = 16 total points Tag-Team Match Example Jeff & Matt Hardy vs Bubba Ray and D-Von Dudley TLC Match Hardy's win, Jeff gets the pin. SO. 4 (Jeff's FR) + 3 (Matt's FR) + 3 (Bubba's FR) + 3 (D-Von's FR) + 2 (Randomly chosen with Jeff's MQ rating) = 15 Points WRESTLERS, CITIES & PPV TYPES Current GM's, Federations/Compaines & Rosters ____________ Alright, so that's the run down! If you want to participate, reply to this with the name of your fed/company and please ask questions if you don't understand something.
