im starting a custom gm mode/be a pro on NHL 16, tell me all the I need like name, height, birthplace and strengths and weaknesses and all the other stuff. Once we get a full roster with two scratched forward and one defenseman then I will start it up. After a certain event like the all star game, trade deadline, and the draft and some other times to, I will ask for your feedback, I'm really looking forward to starting this! And your attributes will be randomly generated.

Weaknesses, strengths, try to put everything that sonny's 2bc era thing had. That would be basically perfect

Perfect! @Colestacker, this is a perfect example of what is needed but put wrist or slap shot and power or accuracy. For example, wrist shot power AND accuracy is 2 different strengths

When you guys say defence, say specifically like defensive awareness, shot blocking, faceoffs, and anything else that is in NHL 16. And I'm making my own player, goaltender; and just saying that I won't make him over powered

Again, shooting is not a strength, slap shot power is one, wrist shot accuracy is one, but shooting and wrist shot and slap shot is not. If you say shooting I will randomly chose one of the categories and make that on better. And @John Tavares, @Colestacker, and @NorthernStar please give your guy a name.

I will actually take a team, the poll for what team will be up soon, and remove all its players and replace them with you guys. Some of you will be NHL ready, some not, some will have high potential some won't, but we will sim for however long you guys want and we'll see what happens. After we have 23 players, yes some of you guys will be scratched; but there will be injuries, I will tell you the lines with everyone's overall and player type. After that I will start simming and at certain events like: the draft, occasionally at the end of every months or so, I will stop and ask for your guys feedback. At the end of each year I will give you guys the standings and stats, same for the playoffs except the standings is the playoff tree, and we might win the cup. I might put in your players "children" and make them as young as possible and put them in the chl or something while you guys are in the NHL. Everyone will start out being 18. That's all for now, remember it's on NHL 16 so if you want to give me advice or you want to do something else, then make sure I can do it on NHL 16. Tell me if you guys think I forgot something to, and fell free to ask questions. And btw, after we get everyone, give me a week or two to get everything ready, those damn loading screens take so long. I'm really hyped to do this so try to get as many people as possible please.
