Danny Valencia has been traded again. This time to the Mariners for minor league RH Paul Blackburn.

Valencia hit to the tune of .287/.346/.446 with 17 HR, 22 2Bs, and 51 RBIs while hitting lefties .318/.389/.535

Blackburn, 22, was drafted in the 1st round in 2012 56th overall by the Cubs before being traded to the Mariners for Mike Montgomery last year. He went 9-5 with a 3.27 ERA across 26 appearances, 25 starts between AA Tennessee and AA Jackson.

Well, those stats would probably make more sense to me if I watched more baseball than just the WS and whenever the pirates are competitive...
