This isn't necessarily what I think will happen, but how I would draft if I were in the team's shoes.
!!!- Has been moving up my list
    --- -Has stayed the same
    ///- Has been moving down
Plus my thoughs on some of the players
    1. Nolan Patrick (Closest thing to a true #1 C in this draft) ---
    2. Nico Hischier (Electric player, similar Mitch Marner) ---
    3. Timothy Liljegren(Had mono but will recover. Has tremendous talent, future top pairing)---
    4. Gabe Vilardi(One of the youngest players in the draft class, great offensive center)---
    5. Cody Glass(Best two-way center in the draft, behind Patrick)!!!
    6. Owen Tippett(High volume shooter. Has NHL scorer written all over)---
    7. Eeli Tolvanen(Jeff Skinner 2.0. I think he could step into the NHL out of the draft)---
    8. Kailer Yamamoto(Offensive dynamo, reminds me strongly of Clayton Keller)---
    9. Cale Makar(RHD who has top 4 D, 1st PP potential. Think smaller Dougie Hamilton)!!!
    10. Nicolas Hague !!!
    11. Cal Foote(Solid both ways, guarenteed NHLer, but could be anywhere from a #2-#5)---
    12. Elias Pettersson ---
    13. Nikita A. Popugayev ---
    14. Jusso Valimaki (has been trending down recently, still a safe bet)---
    15. Conor Timmins (Very underrated two way D, fits the mold of a #3 type)!!!
    16. Antoine Morand(Very good playmaker, reminds me of Zuccarello)---
    17. Miro Heiskanen ///
    18. Casey Mittelstadt ---
    19. Nick Suzuki ---
    20. Ryan Poehling ///
    21. Martin Necas ---
    22. Jaret Anderson-Dolan(Putting up points like crazy in juniors)!!!
    23. Klim Kostin (Bad draft year before getting injured. High risk/reward pick)///
    24. Kristian Vesalainen (Big Finnish wing. Not having the best draft season.)///
    25. Shane Bowers !!!
    26. Robin Salo !!!
    27. Erik Brannstrom(Already succeeding in the SHL)---
    28. Marcus Davidsson ---
    29. Isaac Ratcliffe
    30. Pierre-Olivier Joseph(High scoring Dman in the Q, may move up)!!!
    31. Michael Rasmussen(3rd line center type player, struggling to score 5v5 at the Junior level)///
    On the Radar
    Leon Gawanke
    Urho Vaakaneinen
    Michael DiPietro
    Mason Shaw
    Jake Oettinger
    Matthew Strome

Let me know what you think.

I like almost everything about this. Necas and Rasmussen should be high IMO though

Necas is higher for me right now, compared to where he is here (9-15 range now). Ive never been a fan of Rasmussen. Mediocre draft year and I don't know how much upside he really has. Maybe a bottom 6 forward considering his scoring rates and QoT vs QoC at the junior level. Maybe I'm wrong and he turns into a solid top 6 forward, but if he's 6 foot 1, I doubt he gets the same attention. He will go top 15 if not top 10 because I know Benning would love to draft him, but I don't think it's necessarily smart. GMs do love drafting guys with size at center (i.e Logan Brown).I like a lot of centers in this class over Rasmussen personally.
