Released: Brad Marchand refused to sign with the Team and I'm angry I offered him almost 800k more then he wanted and he wound resign.

Cap heading into free agency: 23.400 million

    Free agency:
    B.Speers (68): Low top 6 for 750k for 3 years
    N.Meloche (68): low top 4 d man for 750 k for 3 years.
Tyler Johnson (86): Rejected San Jose offer to go to Edmonton

Time to begin the year and here are the Owner goals for year 2:

Primary: I want us to earn at least 80% of my 21.855 expected profit

    Secondary:
I want us to sell 90% of available suites this year
The team store needs to be a little nicer, upgrade by 1 level

    Owner Happiness: Amazing

    State of the team: Contender

    San Jose:
    91 OFF
    95 DEF
    89 GPA

    Lines:
    T.Vanek (86)-L.Couture (88)-J.Pavelski (91)
    A.Killorn (84)-T.Hertl (85)-J.Donskoi (83)
    M.Karlsson (82)-C.Tierney (83)-T.Meier(80)
    M.Nieto (81)-N.Spaling (81)-T.Wingels (83)

    M.Vlasic (91)-B.Burns (92)
    M.Mueller (84)-J.Braun (86)
    B.Dillon (85)-D.DeMelo (82)

    M.Jones (88)
    J.Ortio (82)

Tsn thoughts for the upcoming season:
Because those 4 players retire like Thornton and Marleau that servery hurt the Sharks offensivly, defensivly Mueller is ready for more ice time and of he isn't Dillon can just replace him, but since Marchand wound even resign it also hurts as there second line just isn't good enough, Meier, San Joe's 9th overall pick has made the team as he is a gritty power forward Who could be a solid 2nd to 3rd line winger who can get close to 35 to 40 points a year. I think the Sharks fan make the playoffs, but arnt serious contenders

    Time to start the season:

Injury: After one gane on October 13th Martin Jones is injured with a strained hamstring until the 24th of October.

Scouting in the Omjhl for Joe Veleno

I really want to try and grow Hertl out this year and so far he has 4-1-5 in 9 games so I'll keep track of that and Timmo Meier has 2-0-2 in his first 9 Nhl games

Omg we gave lost all our games in November and are 3-9-2, I'm not summing anymore I'll do some pre scouting but I need ti make a trade o we want to be competitive

Ok I'm back sorry iv been busy, but the GM is ready to make improvements to this strugging team.

Owner Goal completed: Upgrade team store

Confirmed: Timo Meier(79)has been sent down and Nikolay Goldobin (80) has been sent up

Nikolay will now play next to Hertl and Vanek to try and spark some offense

So at the Christmas break the San Jose Sharks statistics look like this:

    Record: 10-19-4 7th in pacific(30th in Nhl)
    Home record: 5-8-2
    Away record: 5-11-2
    Last 10 games: 4-5-1
    Gfpg: 2.45 (22nd in Nhl)
    Gapg: 3.24 (30th in Nhl)
    PP%: 20.9% (9th in Nhl)
    Pk%: 76.0% (30th th in Nhl)

    Top 3 Scorers:
    J.Pavelski (91): 10-21-31 in 33 games
    B.Burns (92): 7-18-25 In 33 games
    L.Couture (88): 8-14-22 in 33 ganes

    Top 3 goal scorers:
    T.Hertl (85): 10 goals in 33 games
    J.Pavelski (91): 10 goals in 33 games
    L.Couture (88): 8 goals in 33 games

    Top 3 in assists:
    J.Pavelski (91): 21 assists in 33 games
    B.Burns(92): 25 assists in 33 games
    L.Couture(88): 14 assists in 33 games

So there needs to be change here in San Jose because it is not working are we rebuilds o should I make a move to try and get us in the playoffs or should I let us tank and draft Joe Veleno let me know
