Year 5 with Minnesota. In the past trade deadline/offseason I traded Parise back to New Jersey and Suter retired as a 92 ovr, which was infuriating. So I am definitely looking to rebuild.

    Matthew Tkachuk 87-Tyler Johnson 87-Nino Niederreiter 86
    Tyson Shantz 86-Mikael Granlund 86-Cam Atkinson 85
Scott Laughton 84-Joel Eriksson Ek 81-Jason Zucker 83
    Mikko Koivu 78-Tyler Graovac 79-Colton Sceviour 81

    Jonas Brodin 87-Matt Dumba 88
    Christian Folin 81-Jared Spurgeon 85
    Victor Bartley 80-Gustav Olofsson 77

    Devan Dubnyk 86
    Kaapo Kahkonen 81

Your first and second line are really good, assuming the cap is average. The third line center may seem slightly weak but I don't know the Flyers too well so it may be a potential third-liner. Everything seems good otherwise and good job!

Beginning of year 4, I think my Canucks are good for playoffs.

    Offense

    Comtois 91- Turris 88- Boeser 89
    Domi 85- Johnson 85- Rantanen 86
    Grimaldi 84- Horvat 86- Nestrasil 83
    Eller 83- Thompson 80- Kruger 82

My offense is stacked. With Rantanen, Boeser and Comtois still growing, it's going to be something big. I also have a potential top 6 forward named Lars Edler. He's high top 6, and high (green) players are surprisingly good

    Defense

    Hutton 86- Crawford 86
    Tryamkin 84- Tanev 85
    Juolevi 81- Del Zotto 83
    Siemens 80

While Tanev somehow is already decreasing, Hutton is still growing and Crawford is a future top 2, with medium elite potential. My defense still needs some improvement before being a legitimate contender, and having acquired the first round pick of Minnesota, who are rebuilding, I plan on picking a right-handed dman for our top 4.

    Goalies

    Demko 87
    Markstrom 85

Goaltending is far from being a problem right now, nor in the future. I signed Demko to a 5 years 3.2M$ AAV last offseason so that's a steal, acknowledging he's still growing.

Feel free to give any feedback, so I can know how you think my team will do. Advices are always appreciated :)

I honestly think that EA were joking when they gave a better overall to Suter and Brodin than Spurgeon. Like, wtf.

This was supposed to be more of a rebuilding season to get prospects to higher overalls but somehow we are in the second round, beat Vancouver 4-1.
