To : Curtis Lazar, Chris Wideman, 1st in 2017
To : Anthony Duclair, Michael Stone, Ryan White
I think you're overvaluing Duclair here. Swap out the 1st for a 2nd, then this trade could work.
Meh, I guess. Sens would have to overpay for the depth guys tho, deadline just does that.
Edit: Plus this year first rounders are less valuable as the draft is not as good.
Duclair > Lazar
Arizona Doesn't need Prospect Defense men
Ryan White has been really good for the coyotes, he wont be traded
So yeah thats why this wont happen
Stone will receive picks not prospects.
That's not the point
Wideman is not a prospect
He's a veteran depth forward(28 yo) with an expiring deal, doing good on a terrible team. Yes he will be dealt.
Wideman is 27 and is having an average year for top 6 defense man. If He were to be traded to Arizona he would just be another Kevin Connauton. And Then Curtis Lazar is just not worth it, id rather have a struggiling Duclair than lazar, and then Stone for a 1st i would do that and then Ryan White wont be traded.
Sens would never do that.
Stone is probably the best defender on the market besides shattenkirk, and lets not forget that Roman Polak Fetched 2 2nd round picks last year
Yeah, it sure was just Roman Polak. Totally not partially for Reimer and Spaling + for the Leafs taking cap dumps. Even if it was two separate deals.
Were you in on the conversation of trade talks? cause you never know bud
Also If Spaling and Roman Fetched 2 2nds im 100% Positive that Stone can fetch a 1st
Michael Stone would fit good as a bruin
what would we give up then
I know stone has already been traded, but the sens dont need a defenceman and Chris Wideman is extremely underrated and has probably been the team's second best defenceman
